Leather is a natural material and every hide has unique characteristics that are part of the vegetable tanning process. Every hide will have slight tonal variations and markings. Celebrate the inherent qualities of this material, let it age gracefully and embrace it's patina.
All our un-dyed natural leather products have been clear coated to provide some level of protection. Over time the soft pink leather will change into a much warmer tan colour, this process is sped up by exposure to direct sunlight.
Leather can be treated with a neutral leather care product. If you are unsure about what product to use, please contact us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Express Post. International orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Post International. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order. These services do not include insurance, any items lost in the post will not be covered by Studio 11:11.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses internationally. Any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are not included at our check-out as we are unable to calculate the costs for each country.

As our products are made to order we only accept returns on items that are deemed faulty.

The cost of returning a faulty item will be at our expense after approval has been finalised. The returned item must be unused and sent back to us in the original protection bag with the swing tag still attached. All products must be returned via Australia Express Post and international returns via Registered Air Mail in a sturdy box.
Returns on faulty items will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. We can not compensate for items lost in transit.
